Homeowner Concerns & Violations | Woodland Trails HOA

Woodland Trails is governed by a Homeowners Association, much like many of the subdivisions in our area. When we purchased our properties, we signed documents saying that we would adhere to the restrictions as outlined in the Woodland Trails Declaration of Restrictions. The following form should be used to submit concerns to the developer, Jim Riffe, and HA Solutions representative, Nick Paschal, to determine whether the concerns constitute a violation of the restrictions and responding to homeowner concerns in a non-biased manner.

If you have concerns that endanger your own safety or the safety of others OR constitutes a crime, please call 911. Greenwood also has a non-emergency number for civic violations, like parking or noise.
